Default STARCRAFT does anyone still play it?

STARCRAFT anyone still play it?
so, since I just got into starcraft (about a decade late) i was wondering of some of you anonymous people could give me some advice in the game play .

I like mostly money maps right now (since it's easier imo than regular maps).

currently stumped by:

during mid game, terran tanks are a bother. How can i prepare myself so that tanks don't just over run me? I can't use air because the wriaths have got that. I know that i need detectors but just can't seem to get to them with my anti air before they shoot down my detector. keep in mind that they also have a detector craft hovering above their tanks (or more than one).

a possible option was that i could get some arbiters attach a few observers to them. Then statsis the wraiths and detectors while sending in my Dark templars. After my dark templars take out a majority of them, rush my goons to take out the wraiths.

I don't know, but it does seem quiet complicated having four different units taking out three terran units. Plus the wraiths could easily see my arbiters before they are coming >.< i don't know.
