PLANETZ get!

Woohoo! I never thought the early morning could be so kind to me. Ever since I got PYLONS 11 days ago, I've been stuck trying to PA those slow streams and horrid rolls (has to do with my mutated way of playing).

As you would expect, Pylons is a sadist: it tormented me with several near-Dawn gets before I finally got it. First time was a 1-1-1-2 (my finger got stuck under the keys on one of the rolls...only time I ever BF'ed). Second was 5-0-0-0....and after playing a few more times, I finally got Dawn with a 3 good FC. Needless to say, I was rather happy.

Next was Dawn. Interesting song really..I almost got it first try, but randomly missed at 544. Second try I got 1-0-0-1 (those were random), and got the token. Easy.

Next was Clash At The Mountains. (Zelda ftw). This song was much harder. Bursts of 48ths and 64ths do not make me happy. Amazingly, I got this 70% sightread (missed on the 64th burst at 200 on my first try). On the second, I barely got the token with a 9-1-0-1. Who cares, I got PLANETZ! And I thought I'd never get it...lol.

This is nothing for most of you guys, but after a little research, I've found that only the best one handers to ever grace FFR get past Pylons, especially getting to PLANETZ. I mean, this in the league with Red, EAGAMES, and other beast one handers. (They got up to this point in the chain before switching, IIRC). I couldn't be more proud at this moment.

And as for my first try at PLANETZ...I don't want to post it. It isn't pretty. xD
(It's the jumps and the ending that get to me).

I can't even get PYLONS LOL So this must be a great thing to do. I just looked at those and they are all linked together; you need one to get the other. Good job man! Once again, an inspiration to all one- handers! And by the way, Im not JEALOUS........that much.

Get Mou now, since all you have to do is FC PLANETZ, you could mash and get it ;p

I can't even mash the first 46 28 46 28 46 pattern anyways, lol. That's the only part I always miss on.

And Pylons was a hilarious song, as stupid as it is. Maybe I could send a challenge to an unsuspecting person and see how they react.

Haha go for it.

And for the jump trill at the start, hit it early first.

Probably somewhere along this line, though this will get you averages, at least you'll FC this area. It gives you more time to Hit the arrows.

Sometimes 3-4 more frames is all you need.

Haha I remember unlocking those all the same day. Pylons is horrible one handed, I always got random goods at the pattern at ~450. :/ Then it was a sightread for Dawn and a few tries to get past clash. Good luck getting mou uta, which should be considerably less aggravating with the avmiss fix.

You're definitely making a mark on one-handed history here. It could be really epic if you ever decide to switch, and there are plenty of us that can coach you along if you ever decide to. Until then, keep raping the game with that hand.

PLANETZ has been downgraded to a VC.
Kyuin has tier points as well.

With a little practice, I can nail the patterns in PLANETZ easily. Getting Kyuin will be a bitch, but only because my PA blows on jumpstream (jumpstream + flat keys = fail). The Five shouldn't be hard though; jacks are very easy for me, continuous or not.
