Uhh, yeah I'm new here. I thought I'd write a post saying hello to everyone, but now I'm not sure what to write, so I guess I'll just wing it. Story: I started a forum thread on DDR, and someone pointed me to this awesome site. So now I'm officially a member. <3 What I've done so far: Play the game (of course), look up all the forum stickies. Questions:
So, uh, past that... uhh... hi! *sweatdrop* ^^" I'm not very good at talking to people, and I have trouble being concise. Chances are, I'm coming off as an obnoxious idiot. T-T Oh well, I keep trying. My people skills will probably get better with practice. *goes off to play game* |

1. I have problems playing random songs, but its probably a glitch.
2. For FFR under Play FFR, there are TONS of unlockable songs Some go by credits (you get them when you play) and other you need to buy with credits.3. The grayed out options aren't implemented yet. 4. There is the FAQ and forum search. 5. Welcome to FFR ![]() |

"On the "settings" menu, "speed" and "boost" options are listed, but they're shadowed, and I can't click on them. Is there a way to access these, or is it just there for show?"
They are going to have this in the 3rd version of FFR when it comes out. Anyways, welcome to FFR ![]() |

Hey FRANKKK, you can just click the quote button on someone's post to quote them instead of writing it all out. Anyway, welcome to FFR. Don't worry about asking questions, everyone does. ^_^

Hey acknerr, I think it's easier to highlight, copy, and paste than to quote and delete unnecessary parts of the post.
XanthReborn: In that case.. Welcome to FFR ![]() |

Thank you all for the comments. -^^-
I asked about speed and boost, because I developed a DDR habit once I started playing on heavy, where I play on 1.5x with boost. Now I really can't go back to default speed, because the arrows look to cramped. I'm doing alright though. I can do tricky and difficult songs, and a couple very difficult ones, using the index-finger hand position. So far:
*bows, and runs off to play again*

Thank god, your not an idiot, and your grammar is awsome. Woo, most new people use retarded things like "u, ur, y" etc.
Other then that, Welcome to FFR.

Thanks for the comments on the grammar. *sweatdrop* It's not much for me, since there are a lot of words in chat-speak I don't understand. To put it simply, I don't speak chat-speak. ^^"
Besides, I've learned not to use it. This is my 2nd forum ever. My first was on a writing website, where people will flame you for using chat-speak. Thankfully, I've never been on the receiving end of that, since I never got into the habit to begin with. Thanks again for all the greetings. -^^- *thinks to self*The people here seem nice* *runs off to play more of this new-found game*

It must be the way I talk. I should probably stop responding, considering that the topic was "hello". *another sweatdrop* ^^"
