MP viewer suggestion

I thought of a cool idea for MP. Any viewers can actually view them playing. It would be just like playing it but you can't control it. This way you can actually view them playing and not there stats. It would be kind of hard I admit but it would be really cool.

i agree. thats what i was thinking. then you could see where they are in the song.. and what parts they miss or .. those kind of things. =] i totally support this!

If it doesn't lag the game, I'm for it, but I think it would, in which case, I'd rather not have it that way. If you're as experienced as I am, you can tell pretty well about where they are in the song, and about what they miss, etc.

That has nothing to do with it. They are talking about just watching games, not participating in those games. Same as you would watch an SM video, or a youtube video. Except as they are doing it.

It would probably increase the lag that is already present on MP.

This is basically my point. But I think it would be better if you could turn it off and on in case you have a slow computer.

I thought you could already do this. When I'm in a room as a viewer, I do see the competitors playing the song.

honestly, i would love to see this, but if u hav dail up, or some crap like tht it would probly lag like no other and even tho i would love to see it its very unlikely tht it will happen. sure they have done some good things, but this will probly take to long and no staff member would want to do it.

but u don't see both of them play. ur playing as well (left side of the screen) if u die then u can't watch and ur only seeing one of the players. most ppl don't wanna have to play while they're wanting to watch a versus match.

think about it. if u suck and u can't beat a hard song then ur not gonna get to see the 2 ppl do their mad crazy skillz. plus ur not seeing both of them play anyways. you're only seeing one. I don't think it would lag it any more than it already lags it to have viewers because the game wouldn't be aquiring the input of the viewer (because they're only watching, not playing) but it would still have to get the info from the 2 player's comps which would put it back to the same amount of lag it is now.
