Credit troubles?

Is it just me with the credit troubles? XD

I started playing last night, and just today I'm stuck at 99 credits and the number won't go up everytime I go back to the main screen.

yeah im having credit problems too, its weird, my grand score, games, credits, and overall rank doesnt rise. It stopped going up suddenly.

What browser are you using?
Are you using a mirror?
Mess with your firewall settings to make sure you can send data.

Or it could be a database issue.

No, no. You see. Yesterday I was collecting credits, and today, without shutting off my laptop, just closing my browser for the night, it suddenly stopped. I do think it is due to the servers being switched. We'll just have to wait and see if everything's all right when the new server is hooked up.

I have 1062 credits. Everytime I play a level, for instance I've just been playing on easy songs today because of my wrist, and I'll get four credits, they'll show up and it will tell me i have 1066 credits but then when I go back to the main menu, It tells me i'm back to 1062. Is this the same problem as anyone elses?

Its same with everybody. Tass is working to get it resolved.
Note that your grand total, rank or multiplayer lvl arent
improving either. Hopefully they fix the issue sometime soon

Yea I noticed this too..The last 20 or so MP games of mine didn't register on my level. I should be about a level 17 and a half. >.>;

I started playing a couple of days ago and even after every game it says that i got credits but when it takes me back to choosing a song, it says i have none? HELP?

Make sure you're not using an FFR mirror, make sure there's no firewall in the way, and clear your cache. One of those should help.

Ok i tried it again and cleared my cache, refreshed, restarted my modem, and restarted my computer, put my firwall down and i am not using an ffr mirror but i still cant get credits

There is nothing wrong with the game itself, because I'm not having any problems with credits..just got 25 credits in STV, and went from 18000 something to 18000 + 25 something :P

Check your Firewall settings, your browser, and/or if your using a mirror, go back to the original site.

In the past I posted about not being able to get above a certain number of grandtotal points (somewhere around 30M) and of credits (at the time I think I had 4860-ish), after about three days it went away now I have 5.5K credits and 90M points. So how long have you been having the problem?

I've finally figured out my credit issues. It turned out to be my browser. I was using AOL, and as soon as I switched over to Internet Explorer it started recording my data. If any of you that are having trouble are AOL users, try that.

my friend had that problem and he deosnt use AOL but all he did was try and give me his 99 credits and got 198 back and he's been fine ever sence.

It's the database. It will be fixed eventually.

Scores arent being recorded is all.
