as far as i can tell it's only the ODI and NB packs with unfilled simfile author sections *and i guess a few unknowns from other packs
luckily most of us know who stepped NB

random bug: rates on less than 1 shouldn't record, but they do. my 13-0-0-0 on this song was done on 0.75x
