Hmm...hmmm...HMMMMMM...
Would it be reasonable to limit the allowable number of nested spoiler tags as a global forum rule? I'm pretty sure one guy actually broke vBulletin by nesting enough of them, and if it doesn't get its own rule, certainly it could be considered a form of spam.

I don't see too much of a problem with it as long as it doesn't break the forums. If you consider it spam, it's basically spam that's hidden in a spoiler; it's up to the user themselves if they want to "unravel" these nested spoilers only to be spamming themselves in reality.
