Waffles are the best breakfast food, while pancakes, hash browns, and bagels are also strong contenders. I never thought of garlic bread as a breakfast food before but that sounds good too, I'm going to try it sometime.

TIL Garlic bread can be eaten for breakfast. I'd normally think it's more of a dinner thing paired with good spaghetti or a lunch thing paired with good tomato creamy soup.
Bacon gets my vote.

I have to say that if this were simply a poll between garlic bread and bacon on which is preferred/tastes better then I absolutely would have voted garlic bread without a second thought.
But the fact that this is a breakfast item poll changes everything - I doubt I'll ever eat garlic bread for breakfast despite my love for it.
