Yes, DDRNGGin, the division boundaries have changed, and they will continue shift slightly until we find the sweet spot for each division.

I think grandtotal rank update notifications would be a nice addition.
Your grandtotal is updated in the database as soon as your score records. This means tracking your grandtotal rank is currently impossible, unless a separate database table would be created to track your score since you last updated your leaderboard levelranks. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll add this feature to my to-do list.

How exactly will the division placement done by this system affect actual division placement? I would assume you would use it as a guide post followed by actually checking for non-FC scores that would sway a decision one way or another.
Or, just set this up by raw score and save everyone tons of trouble.

Nice work though, this looks great!
Thanks, Tidus! I was waiting for this question.
Skill Rating will not determine your division placement in an Official Tournament. Although components of the leaderboard (and future technology) may be used as a reference, everyone's levelranks will be processed manually by a team of division placement judges.
edit: Using skill rating as a supplement will, however, affect actual division placement in the sense that it is more likely to catch cheaters and sandbaggers that would be missed by human analysis.

Suggestions:
Add skill points section on results screen in R^3 for every score.
Upon searching, display a player's rank within their division as well to assist with tournament placements.
