tl;dr:

- We CANNOT use songs licensed to music games with exception to those on a list. The list is:

　・yozora
　・銀梅花
　・Faithtival
　・Reimei (Kagetora specified really wanting this in-game directly.)
　・Move on

(The Usual Requirements)
- We CANNOT use Remixes.
- We CANNOT use collaborations without the other author's permission.

As long as the terms above are followed, content on Bandcamp and SoundCloud can be used. HOWEVER, SoundCloud must be listed as a free download.

As you presented, please refrain from using songs that were written for music games (e.g. Arcaea, Cytus II, and osu!).
