It is because Flash Flash Revolution is notorious for being difficult to successfully quit forever. For a daunting task like this, it is recommended to start with smaller goals and incrementally reaching harder milestones. To this end, I've been practicing quitting Flash Flash Revolution for increasing amount of time, starting with 1 millisecond and doubling the duration at each iteration.
