From the link you've posted, right click and select: "Copy Image Location" (or whatever Chrome's equivalent is if you use that). For this image, you'd get:
https://i.imgur.com/DQiuRBm.png

Then, put that link into [img] [/ img] tags (without the space).

Also, FFR has its own photo uploading on your profile, and that will include the img tags and link right there.

For Round 1, I never put in the screenshots despite taking them but... I'll compare what it says on the spreadsheet to what I have in-game, with a screenshot of what the game screen looks like in song-select with my new score.
