According to information shared in DM's, Psychoangel has provided me an estimate for shipping/handling costs to get the physical prizes out to winners, money has been exchanged to fund shipping/handling costs, and the processing of sending out physical prizes should be underway relatively soon.

It might be a bit before they get shipped out, due to packaging-related reasons, resources needing to be purchased, and distance that some of the physical prizes might need to travel, just providing an update on my end that things are moving.

If you wanted to say the tourney favored certain file authors a tad much, hey I'll agree with you. If you wanna say the files past round two were a bit mute in the interesting department, hey I also agree with you. (Save D8, those were so absurd [in a good way] I can appreciate them for the soul-crushing they certainly partake in. Even if I'll never enjoy them personally.)

But I wouldn't say they're cancer, or even bad. Tourney was ran as well as it ever has been, all things considered.

Edit: Gonna clarify "all things considered" is not meant to be a sneak diss or anything. I really liked file previews and how they were handled, but if I had one critique, maybe use an official FFR Twitch next time is about my only real critique I feel qualified to give. Though, I probably didn't need to add that, and if the current stuff that's going on keeps going, it's preaching to the choir.

This tournament was run quite well. there were a few song/file choices here and there that i wasn't the bigest fan of *cough* bang *cough* but i dont think any of them had a major impact or were that bad of a song (i actually thing bang is a pretty good file). there is only one big fuck up that really happened, but it was dealt with accordingly. there was also the token with a questionable title, but again, it was dealt with quickly and the token was changed.

From what i can tell, you had a bad time because you were not at you're peak skill during the OT. The bottom of D3 is level 50. You are "expected" to be able to AAA a lvl 50 song. You're levels and placing are based on how you do a peak performance. a level 47 and level 54 are both reasonably difficulty songs for the first two rounds of a tourny. Looking at your top scores its clear that you weren't at your peak performance. 99% of all your scores were set over a year ago or close to a year. When towards at the bottom of D3 its not unexpected for you to do poorly when not at peak.

no u dont understand everything i dislike is comparable to an unfortunately common and difficult to fight disease that i dont have

on the outside this didn't seem bad for being the "fuck it, we'll have one already" of OTs tbh
