idk about y'all but i actually kinda like that the first round is 3+ min. a lot of the FFR files are very short so it's nice that we get one with a reasonable length.

It's a little murky to me where the line sits for the start of D8, but regardless I can't compete against D8 players on truly hard shit.

That being said I could potentially outscore some of them on earlier rounds.

edit: oh I was moved....well then (not complaining because I did think I was gonna steamroll D7 if I played to the best of my ability but rip)

The consensus for most people seems to be if you're skill ranking is 100+ you should go D8, this is something we've been discussing. I'm not sure I want to jump straight to that this tournament given it was implemented quickly but in coming future tournaments that's likely going to be the guideline. Then we should also have a lot more 100+ scores to look at.

Right now we're lookin at those who are 100+ and trying to see who is like yeah they really should go up. Though with that said I'm going to offer that anyone currently 100+ if you'd like to voluntarily move up you will still be eligable for any D8 perks.

Also, for the most part, we've combed through and gotten people pretty settled in so if you have any concerns on placements please let us know. I almost always mis-click at least one person into a division they don't belong in.

o hey i got moved back to d7 me posting on the forums with a gray name was a give away rofl but making it to round 4 in d7 vs d6 is going to be exponentially harder for me with my accuracy barrier... I might need to try hard by raising my speed
