my parents told me i dropped weight even though i haven't lost anything which means ive likely gained muscle and got a little stronger. that's a plus for me 'cause i'm weak y'all lol

edit: sorry what i wrote about rayword might've came off as meaner than i intended. by "sorry this isn't a positive" i mean what i wrote doesn't fit the theme of the thread, which is why i wrote about something positive in my life (even if it's not a huge thing lol)
