please make the OOTC based in slack, that is a good way to structure it, makes it so everyone can follow where the chat was previously, and was the best OOTC method we used in the past

if you leave it to the wild OOTC on skype or whatever is going to bother the shit out of me and probably everyone else. i don't want this game creeping into my life at any hour of the day, and slack fixes that problem historically.
