in any case, i think what currently has me the most worried is that bunnies has most /definitely/ viewed the thread multiple times this phase, and hasn't bothered to drop in, with EoD nearing pretty fast.

If it makes you feel better about me (it won't probably, lol) I've noticed this too.

But she's sick, so... I shouldn't use that as a reason, but I think it's a pretty good one. No one wants to play TWG when they feel like shit.

I'm prefacing this by saying I have not gone as hard this game as I'd like. A combination of good players, lots of activity, and Tales of Zestiria being a really fucking good video game mean that while I'm technically "caught up", I've done way more skimming than is okay and these reads are the first impressions of a guy who's only really combed half of this thread.

Now that we've got that out of the way, let's get to it.

Skimpy Rushed Reads List

Dabackpack - One of my top town reads. Showing a lot of towncentric thinking and I'm liking it. Mindmelding a lot on reads, too.

Red Blaster - Null. Was thinking town for a bit but I feel like he's putting extra effort into being agreeable this game. Could make sense with the fact that he's just coming off a ban but I'm really just not sure how to read him yet.

rzr - His initial response to the pressure on him felt panicky, like a wolf caught out. He got emotional quickly and only after 1 or 2 votes, I think? One of my top candidates for lynch this day. I'm gonna think of some questions to ask you, hold tight.

Storn - Was kind of a question mark for me for a bit, but I ended up following his thinking. The timing of his effortposting - immediately after the pressure on him vanished - suggests strongly to me that he's a human. Wolves tend to be the other way around.

Plopadop - Leaning town at this point. Consistent and solid wolfhunting efforts. Was kind of spooked by his D1 play but every post he's made for the past like five days now give me a strong town feel.

XelNya - I feel good about Xel this game. He's participating a lot, he's making good points, and a couple times he's said things that have really resonated with me. Confident that he's human.

Charu - The D1 interactions between Charu and Sunfan led me to believe that one of them is a wolf. If it turns out that one of the D1 deaths was a Hider, that STRONGLY IMPLICATES CHARU, as Sunfan was likely hiding behind him. Some of his scumhunting effort makes sense, but a lot of it feels like reaching or pushing town the wrong way. I think he's red.

YoshL - I know those reads were supposed to be before Day started, but I don't know, that post still strikes me as off. Two of his wolf reads were people who died in the night and it just feels like a reachy dumbtell more than it feels like actually banking town points. Still, I can't really give a solid read on him yet - YoshL/Mashi are people I've done some of the hardest skimming with this game so I need to review them before I come to any real conclusions about how I read them. Let's just say null for now.

27ninjabunnies - On D1 I'd say bunnies was my top town read. Her D2 performance has put her back in my null pile. The "I don't care about this game" act feels off. I don't know how to word it, but there's an inconsistency between the way she's playing the game, her nonchalance, and how a nonchalent VT would actually act in this scenario. Could be red but not where I want to look today. Fully aware all the Tokzic/Bunnies conspiracy theorists will yell at me for this stance but I don't care.

I think both of these things are bad. Knowing better whether we have a vigi or not will make the N1 deaths a lot easier to interpret, and that'll (probably) happen after next night phase.

I think our lynch today should not hinge too heavily on what happened last night but more on who's been looking scummy most consistently throughout the game.

If I look scummy I would sure as hell like to point out why I am not and who might have been responsible for the wagons. I do say, tokzic, that I agree with saying we will know more after this phase, but are you also assuming sunfan was a wolf or that we have lost one?

It was a brief window. I liked the stab on Storn that he humbly backed off on when Storn made good counterpoints, and I liked that he attacked Bunny for probably her worst post in the game.
