This is the general feeling I had too when I first read it. Mega Man was never clearly at odds with himself and even stated his reasoning fairly transparently as to why he chose Mario over Pikachu. (He had a post which showed that people were trying to fit the same argument to two different players)

I do find his post of "I wonder who will be seered" to be strongly out of place. However, there are a few more instances floating around the thread where people interject seemingly out of place sentiments. The pattern of Falcon's posts around that area aren't cohesive, but I don't know whether I can attribute that to the actual player behind the character or simply wolf behavior.

Link did something similar to Villager, pulling out quotes from across the thread and offering his takes on them, but he confined them all to one post whereas Villager will often turn what could be one or two posts into ten or fifteen. However, I think that shows transparency in his thought process, that he's not afraid to post at the speed of thought.
You can spin it that way as well, agreed. If I could verify that his posts are tantamount to a "stream of consciousness" then it look far more innocent. But in a case like this, I have to trust more of my own intuition about how villager is approaching arguments and choosing sides to take. A wolf can play just as intrepidly as a "villager" and in this sense, I sense more going on than quick, harmless reactions others.
