Okay, time for a non-throwback. Recent pics from just this past weekend. Testing was a bit crazy but pulled through, got promoted to Ni-Dan (2nd Degree Black Belt, black pants denote the rank.) in Isshin-ryu karate. Person on the left went through testing with me.

here's an amusing picture I did for the social media sights. A 5 years ago to now comparison ~100 lbs of difference, I can't be positive how much I weigh now though because I haven't set foot on a scale in probably 6 months or more.
