charu, picking out raeko as the doctor and then not killing her was both a ballsy and amazing move.
MVP earned.

Re: TWG CX: Matrix6: Reloaded POST GAME
Haha I'm glad to see this is a thing.
Honestly, it might be one of those few games where the death of a teammate has turned out to be beneficial for the wolves. I see it as a testimony of how timing is the key fuel of the game. Charu had all the space he needed to put his head into the right mindset and he didn't waste one bit. The player interactions filling this game were very stimulating, and it strikes me as a mixed bag of emotions. Just like those party mix snacks where Riotpolice is the pretzel. But without the pretzel this wouldn't be a party. (an open love letter to riotpolice) |

Re: TWG CX: Matrix6: Reloaded POST GAME
In a response to thesunfan's concerns:
You cannot stop the bamboozle, but you sure can refine it. Whatever that means. However, there were some assumptions made this game that had been given credence by the collectivity and there's no way anyone could have made it otherwise. A clash between two players was bound to happen the way this setup played out, and it was an unfortunate turn of event that it had to be between two sons of a same mother, but an event that, ultimately, the remaining wolf conducted. And so, there are inevitable instances like this which you can deem yourself not solely duped, but outplayed, as these are not spawned within your jurisdiction. You should not frown upon them, or evade following occasions (nor could you), yet you need to embrace and understand them, as they constitute the "redefining" factor of the game. Yes, overall, it's some kind of "love your enemy" pervert ideology but it works just fine. |

Re: TWG CX: Matrix6: Reloaded POST GAME
Fine, but furthermore you do not have to feel the need to restrain these situations from happening. Sometimes it's better to let the events develop fully and then consider the seemingly improbable I guess.

yeah, I'm saying that's what I should've done when Yoshl didn't fake blue
ESPECIALLY because I'm rather good at figuring out when someone's being pocketed when I'm watching DM. EDIT: Its a lot different when you're the one playing lol. |

Re: TWG CX: Matrix6: Reloaded POST GAME
Oh, pocketed I very much did. The moment you told me I was human which I think was Day 0 was when I thought I could use that to help sustain my innocence. Of course, that also meant I could not kill you at all, least in my thought process.

So, I'm gonna say this *again* so maybe people will actually read it
I'm trying to post more in my games, that's not me being smug and comfortable with my alleged wolf role. Stop that sunfan <3 p.s. Charu the fuck bro you are literally me when it comes to being a wolf

Re: TWG CX: Matrix6: Reloaded POST GAME
I will say you can't really know to go with the logic that's the least probable. I mean, I think I did that with a few games and all that did was lead me into a dead end.
Eh, I will say even if you had the thought that something was definitely up when YoshL didn't claim, I highly doubt you would do a complete 180 to go for me. Your reads before the final day happened were actually spot on for me, but I just can't see you going "Oh man, Charu would do this, definitely." Of course now after this game, you will, but in this one, I was highly doubtful you would attack what was really going on seriously. |

Re: TWG CX: Matrix6: Reloaded POST GAME
it wouldn't really have been a 180 because mellon was cleared, but yeah. The thought did cross my mind, and I will say I should've known better, but yes, hindsight does that. I highly doubt I would've been able to turn it around anyways.

After thinking about it, and reconsidering it in my head, I'm sorry I played over aggressively. I promise to change my playing style from now on. I don't really enjoy watching myself get torn apart, so I will change for the better. That's it for now.

Re: TWG CX: Matrix6: Reloaded POST GAME
Oh hey Riot, firstly, I really wanted to apologize to you for pushing you so hard like that near the end of the phase when you got lynched and then ending it with myself saying I didn't want to play with you again.
But yeah, for real, if you want to go the route of exaggerated human, do it in the way where it would benefit the human team instead of impede it. |
