Is this a Rare Blanket as opposed to a Banjo-Kazooie / Tooie blanket?

If so... Battletoads.... Diddy Kong Racing.... Goldeneye.... in fiffer.... damn....

Now since Rare is owned by Microsoft wholey I would assume this retroactively gives permission to use stuff like Battletoads etc. (Banjo, Conker, KI, Perfect dark are all 100% certain since they got reboots / re-releases)

I'm not a lawyer but I wouldnt step DKC since that brand is owned by Nintendo, albeit the games were made by Rare. (Same applies to Diddy Kong Racing)
Any lawyers got the lowdown for me? Stuff like Banjo Series, Conker, Perfect Dark, KI is all fair game since those are original IPs made by Rare which were transferred to Microsoft.
