Anybody who thinks the jumpstream in MFDFY is fluent or fun should immediately reconsider their existence and then end their life anyway.

On another note, I would like to commend hi19's parents for whatever heated nights of passion they enjoyed to create that beautiful stepping mind.

I guess that means I'm dead now lol. Awkward doesn't necessarily mean not fun. I liked it.

Going to say a few things regarding Middie's file.

- First off: anyone who knows me personally knew that I was going to attempt to counteract Middie's file for this with my own because I was downright sick and tired of how he was treating me and other people, but I didn't get the chance to finish. This file was one that made it after the acceptance rating dropped from 7.0 -> 6.7 for the last batch.

- with that being said, I did give this file a fair review (regardless of what Middie thought) and it actually looks like he made a few noticeable fixes, one of which that Dossar and I both mentioned (despite him going out of his way to call us retards).

- When it comes to this song, the chart is alright at best -- there are some issues with patterning that cause the file to be incredibly rigid for short moments. However, I don't find the chart to be that bad; the one thing that plagues this file is an -overly- stringent structure that doesn't change often. There's no attempt to bring in other elements within the song, as almost every element of the chart is focused explicitly on the percussion (whether it be the bass/snare accents in the intro being all jumps, or the bass-bass-snare step-step-jumping, or the double-bass/snare ending with a jump for snare and single taps for bass). Because of how specific and focused the layering is, I find the file somewhat boring. It's not a bad chart, but it's not really interesting. I did like the tom runs at the end, and I would have liked them before (i.e. during judgment) had you not intentionally dropped the BPM to 160 from 240 to apply some sort of nonsensical color theory.

- smartdude: hand me a gun or some sort of knife because I found the jumpstream pretty fluent and easy, lol; AlexDest thought the same

It's easy to hit, but very easy to split as well. It's like NaiNai's ending jumpstream.

I'd like to say just because a pattern is easy for most D6+ players doesn't make it easy for everyone else lol

Atop The World - Song was nice, never played the game it's from, but felt like I've heard it before. Chart was easy, not much to say.

Dead Throne - Clear cut favorite of this weeks releases. Good song(probably a little biased since this is one of the bands I listen to frequently), nice to see some more use of the Rise Records permission, would be nice to see more metalcore or metal like this in general in the future. Chart was fun, the mini jacks threw me off, but overall was fun to play.

My Fxxkin Desire For You - Song was pretty bleh, dont understand the obsession with this miku thing, but the music is not good at all. Idk if it was just me, but it felt like the vocals and the actual metal song were doing their own thing and not on the same page. Neither were flowing with each other and it was pretty retarded.

As for the chart, its was pretty mediocre, just wasnt feeling it. The first half wasnt too bad, the one part with the [14][23] jumptrill was pretty icky imo. The end was a mess, just felt really weird and not enjoyable to play.

I always found it funny when people complain all the time about nasty patterns and transitions, then go and step the same type shit in their chart. Dont understand it lmao.

Rising Blue Lightning - Couldnt play through this one, got bored and quit out. Song was your typical S.S.H, sounds like all their other shit, and just got boring fast. From what I played the chart seemed on spot, just wasnt enough to keep me playing. Got bored, dozed off, quit out.

Plan: you also might have felt like you heard it before because it's the same introduction melody as Luna Ascension.

Yeah it's probably massively boring for high D6 player sorry about that
Comes with stepping a long file, I could have cut it but... I like the whole song. So I didn't.

I got all hyped for another 80+ song, but that was pretty weak. Not a fan of files that are easy 90% of the time and get ranked harder because of the 10% (Revo). The stepping was fine, just don't personally like the style.

Atop The World: Probably would of liked it back in the day, different from most songs around that difficulty. (At least that I remember) Nice.

Dead Throne: Pretty good, no specific comments.

Rising Blue Lightning: TL: DNF seemed good

*edit* Came back and tried Fxx again, no way thats 84 if I can manage a SDG on my third try. 79 at best.
