I'd love it if someone gave me some Rococo or Sleek Furniture for some of this stuff. Otherwise, tell me what you want, and I'll hand it to you.

and since you buy them in batches of 10, (a stack is 100), you can have up to 1600 turnips in your inventory. if you count closet space, that's 18000 turnips total.

1000 turnips are about 100k.
i started with 1000 turnips, sold them all for 315k at brent's town

went back to mine, bought 300k worth of turnips
sold them all and had about 1 mil

went back...sold 1 mil worth of turnips (took really long)
sold them all for 3 mil. paid off a public works project (400k) and current house loan (498k), and i still have over 2 mil left -3-

this is the normal exploit, or what you COULD do is be cheap like everybody else and buy turnips then go to the Animal Crossing forums, which a lot of their turnips are selling for 400-500 sometimes slightly higher.
But they expect a tip and what not.
But even then... It's better to make 5x as much money back rather than only 2x.
Speeds up the process a lot

Buy them from Joan the boar...I only saw her once, and it was on Sunday morning. She comes only on Sundays. Oh yeah, and only Sunday MORNINGS (6:00 am to noon).

Yeah, turnips is a very simplified version of the stock market (hence the "Stalk Market"). Buy low, sell high. There ARE patterns to the nature of price changes. I think Yoshl attempted to explain what he found earlier in this thread.

I got bored and drew Isabelle. I don't draw hardly ever, and much less human(oid)s, but I think this came out alright. Alright for something I did, anyway.
