when I first started playing league of legends and was learning how to play it was teaching me the buttons to cast spells (qwer df) anyways I would only use pointer/middle/ring finger for the buttons and my pinky would just kinda awkwardly sit there, then one time i started pressing the caps lock button a bunch with it and now i cant help it for like 3 years now whenever i play games on the pc my left pink always goes to caps lock and will sit there and hit it over and over and sometimes in the middle of my games ill go to TYPE and paRTS of it will BE in caps likE THIS cause of me hitting it

I pick at my lower lip a lot or I bite it.

I'll tap my fingers on a lot of surfaces, on the steering wheel, on tables, on my legs, etc.

I move my legs constantly, not running or walking or something like that, just move them up and down or left and right. It's close to what I imagine would be a Restless Leg Syndrome condition, but I never think about it really.

When my hand hovers over the mouse, I'll twist my wrist side to side hitting my thumb and pinky fingers on the desk like a trill motion.

And then there is the common cracking of knuckles and back.

i do something similar to this. i usually hit my caps lock key multiple times for whatever reason like when i'm about to type or something. it's also with my left pinky. i think it's cuz i played WoW for a little while

i do the circular rubbing of the keys as well..dunno why i started it, probably just because i get bored during pauses on files.

something else i do is if i'm playing SM i'll tap the shit out of the keys before any notes show up, kind of like a mini warmup before the song begins. if i'm playing FFR i'll hit different keys (so i dun get the boos)

Ambient, constant rumbly sounds drive me batty. Desktop is too loud, fridge is too loud, pvr is too loud, studded tires on cars are too loud, driving fast in a car is too loud.

Smells are worse.

I have this goddamn thing where WHILE I'm playing any slowish part during a song I touch my index finger with my thumb, mainly on my right hand, but sometimes on my left hand also. It's like I have this need to roll something off of the tip of my thumb. It can fuck me up sometimes but at this point I have gotten used to it.

I tap my feet and fingers along with whatever music I'm listening too, which I was told because I have experience with a musical instrument. I also tend to stutter and say "Um" a lot.

Same here. I have a speech impediment. The "um"s help keep me in control of my speech. :P

Smells don't bother me for some reason. I really wish I could tune out sounds though. They are just always in focus no matter what I do.

oh this isn't about playing FFR in general

too many fucking tics

If I'm not moving I twitch sometimes. Also if I sit in one spot too long I start pumping my foot, which annoys the fuck out of anyone sitting around me.
Sitting in front of the computer I usually put one foot on my leg and start playing with my foot.
I whistle to music. If not whistling, I imitate the drumbeat. It also annoys anyone in the room cuz ya. "Tryna listen to music hereeee.."

If I'm reading something my hand always moves to my chin. What the hell is this, and why?

I also edit posts about a million times thinking "oh yeah, I forgot something," or "that didn't sound right onoes"

Lets see... random tapping to beats,
Fiddling with my fingers
Doodling when you feel really awkward because you don't know what else to do but want to seem busy and not talk to ppl because you're too shy >_<
Pulling apart paper straws and making a little pile out of it....
Stuttering and fumbling with my words all the time
Constantly typing "like, omg, lol"
Making faces such as o.o, x.x and :3
Also tons of other nervous antics that really frustrate me sometimes x.x...

Whenever I walk in a room that has any sort of music in it (including things like the tv), I'll automatically start walking in rhythm with that music. It just happens involuntarily. Even if I move from a silent room to a room with music and need to adapt my walking speed significantly, it simply happens.

Paperclip, u have rhythm in ure blood...

Anyway the only perk i have is when breadcrumbs get stuck under my ring finger while i play, if i feel there's something on my fingers i immediately lose all concentration and become really annoyed. As a result i now avoid to eat bread near the computer :P
