I'm 5'3.5"ish and I want muscle gain(w/o steroids), and a nice stomach.
tips please. I'm not in bad shape, I just wanna look better. I have access to my campus gym(and pool) and I've been going 4 days a week for the past 3 weeks. I have noticed some nice changes but, I really don't know what I'm doing. I have no planned diet except to at least eat something in the morning. I'm also still reading down this thread for helpful information so hopefully I find out what to do. |
