So, I've been making SM files for about three years but I've never considered publishing one here. Also since I have no idea what to do, how would I get that from SM5 to a sim judge?

Everything you need to know about submitting to FFR can be found in this thread. Submissions are closed at the moment though so you'll have to wait until they open again.
