Just listened through all of this. There's some great stuff and the general quality of the submissions is way better than I expected which is really cool. I'd definitely be up for submitting something again.
Thanks ScylaX and CobaltWire for the comments, although I'm not sure whether I should take "gnarly" as praise or criticism heh |

In no order I think Zageron, Kommisar and Milla have the top 3 tracks here.
Honourable mention to Stone McKnuckle and The Fat's Sabobah because that's some great work there too!

I thought your icon was something much more foul until I stared at it for almost a minute, Zaggie.
Minimalist. Bold. Solid.

Making my way through these tracks on my way to/from work.
So far, I am quite impressed. I'm less impressed by a few tracks which seem way to short and don't really seem to go anywhere. I'm fine with short tracks, but I feel like some of these just stay the same for the whole track and don't really do anything. But that's just my opinion. Also props to McKnuckle. Your track has got that really awesome sweet ass Megaman X feel to it, and I loved it ![]() Edit: also props to Anwar. Even though that genre isn't my cup of tea, I really loved the crazy time signature stuff happening in your track ![]() Last edited by DJSBX; 02-6-2012 at 07:41 PM.. |
