Got dis better PA on split rolls, too bad being able to do this has nothing to do with the tournament file at all and I'm going to be eliminated this round rip

Just tried.
46-35-15-37-12 I don't think I'm doing this right ._. Honestly, since this is not a tournament file, I'd prefer to just train speed and learn how to read it. I wish I had the speed yo man does :/ ty for the explanation though. I will give it another try in the future, maybe after I get my new keyboard. I think there could be an issue with my keyboard because of how many misses I'm getting.

Well on a totally unrelated note I finally managed to nail this using my normal spread setup (no cheating) normally and on mirror.
I'm sure some of the other D4 competitors will come in a laugh at me for having trouble with this, but it was good practice for me. ![]() Mirror was definitely harder for me. ![]() Really nice practice file justin ![]()

subin's method for Eclipse is hilariously consistent. He showed me his method and proceeded to get 8 boos on every single run with the good/average counts only fluctuating slightly.

eclipse stream is like 90% 12341324123432412314231324 patterns with there being very few repeated arrows per set of 4 arrows, ie. basically just a staggered quad over and over
if you do the math out 330 bpm/22tps seems fast but since the tps is spread across all 4 fingers so evenly it's no faster than about 6-7 tps per finger at any given second during the file which is like what a 100bpm 16th jack. another way to think about it is two independent 175 bpm or so 1 handed trills what's interesting about patterns like this is that while they require the highest level of reading they require the least amount of speed and control the obvious consequence of which is that you can do specialized reading training and get a LOT better at files like eclipse without actually physically improving your speed actually pretty much everyone should do targeted reading training but nobody ever does so idk ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

How is MHT2009 an FGO while Halycon is an FMO? I'm just curious, who's putting the difficulties on these songs again?
I SDGd (with misses) MHT on a sightread. |
