Banjo-Kazooie Full Piano Orchestra
One of my many hobbies is playing the keyboard, and another is video-games. Put them together and what do you get? No not a video game about keyboards, but video-game music played on the keyboard. One of my all time favourite games is an N64 classic called “Banjo-Kazooie”. The game is about a bear (Banjo) who has red-crested breegle (Kazooie) inside his backpack, and they go through a world collecting treasures (Jiggies) while saving Banjo’s sister from the evil witch Gruntilda. Aside from being incredibly fun to play, the game has one of the best musical scores from any game I’ve heard. In a project, I’ve decided to “remaster” some of these scores.

Can't listen now because I am in class, but Banjo Kazooie is one of my all time favorites. I can't wait to listen when I get home!

I love the voices they used in the Banjo Kazooie and Tooie games. Banjo always sounded like he was derping.

It sounds a bit off, did you use a metronome?

Re: Banjo-Kazooie Full Piano Orchestra
I didn't use a metronome. What I did was listen to the theme as I was playing each part so the tempo is exact for each bit. I do agree that it is a bit off and that has to do more with the editing than anything else. Taking each video segment and getting it to line up EXACTLY was fairly difficult to do... The "crystal" bit near the end bugs me the most.

Banjo kazooie was an amazing game, and the soundtrack is amazing as well. I'm....actually in the process of getting a piano duet medley done...

Re: Banjo-Kazooie Full Piano Orchestra
Thanks for the comments! And yes, Banjo-Kazooie (and Tooie) were truly some incredible games that stand the test of time. I actually have a BK and BT playlist on my Youtube channel with all of the in-game music (in order). I skim it every now and then to replace removed videos.
