Posting a few tentative answers with brief justifications. Might as well try to support the people who I think deserve it.
Sticking to the positive stuff- I have some of the "worsts" decided too but I'll keep those to myself for the time being.

Friendliest Poster: bmah (I don't think he's ever said anything unfriendly ever)

Most Helpful Poster: subin (#1 sticky fisher, always chimes in to help newbies. clear winner for this)

Best Newbie: supermousie (not a newbie in terms of length of time on the site, but in terms of game skills. the Excite Bike AAA thread was awesome, such a positive attitude is worth a nomination)

Best Avatar: leonid (dem gifs, too good)

Most Missed: bluguerrilla (surprised I didn't say Shash? This is one who hasn't been nominated yet that I think people are skipping over. I really miss blu's permissions and he was an awesome guy to work on stepping with too)

Best Current Administrator: aperson

Next Mod: subin (real gentleman, I think he'd be a great mod)

Next Admin: psychoangel691 (does more than the current admins do anyway, might as well give her the title sooner or later)

Best FFR file from 2011: Staring at my Spaceship (Wish I could say St.Scarhand but ugh those jacks that were added make me cry. Spaceship is real pro Kommi chiptune stuff, I play it a lot. A little long but good all the way so it doesn't matter. this definitely might change if one of the later rounds of the tournament is super fun, this is the main reason I havent submitted yet)

Up And Coming FFRer: Zekramcross (in the absence of being able to vote for me ~shameless self-promotion~, I went with zek. Guy puts a ton of effort into FFR and is improving really fast)

Hall of Fame: TC_Halogen (I'll be sad if AJ doesn't win this. he's a huge FFR personality and totally deserves it)

Looking at the nominee list made me realize that Xx{Midnight}xX probably is the best simfile of the year, just saying.

I def wouldn't say I do more than the current admins do. They do TONS of coding/php stuff, in other words all the backend stuff. I just do a lot of the community related stuff that I can help with.
