Alright, I talked to Tekno Dred/Ad Man (Bloodrush/Dead Souls), and they need a staff member to talk to and work out some sort of agreement about their label. Who should I contact?

"Since you claim to own the label" has such a negative feel to it, as if you don't believe the person lol

And there's no store anymore afaik.

I would contact jimerax or someone about the agreement though, see if they can write up some agreement that indicate the artists rights and property etc. This guy wants to have it officially on paper it seems.

Got permission from Or-If-Is (Horatio, bunches of remixes within the DDR Ultramix/Universe series)

Restrictions: Konami owns anything made specifically for the game, so you're limited to the album "This Is" (might be less limited, going to ask)

Kyle Ward is letting out on Onyx/Affinity as his aliases, and says we can use those songs in FFR (cue 2,672,284 Hasse Mich files)

ZiGZaG still isn't a permission, because he claims another person is working on those. Now, to decipher whether that means it's a joint or another person...

Also, irrelevant news, but Stop 2 Go and Hyperspace (which were supposed to exist in, what, 2007) are supposed to come up in ReRave arcade!

Random Note: I didn't ask him if he was said artists, I asked "can I get permission since you're on the same label?"

I'm going to be the only person working on a Stop 2 Go chart probably, my estimation is that HM and Monolith will fill up the charts queue.

I wish he gave me info about the other ITG artists I asked him about though. (No info on Parker/Stiles anywhere? Nor DJDoo? WHO THE HELL IS FRAGMENTZ!?)

Morrigan's permission here is currently listed as conditional. Reason: "unsure of conditions". Well here's the clarification as translated by jimerax (a PM Ghakimx received):

-> He asks which songs we're going to use.
also, we have to follow these 6 conditions to use his music.
1. Don't make it possible for visitors to download the mp3, etc of our music directly on your site.
2. Commercial use of our music is not allowed.
3. We should be creditted on the site/game.
4. Our music should be played with streaming method.
5. As for the use of arranged music, you need to follow the instruction of the author of original music
6. Don't violate our copyright.

cuz Jim said that the 6 conditions that Morrigan laid were pretty covered by FFR


So basically we could now use Morrigan's songs as blanket, since the 6 things listed above have nothing to do with the restrictions of any particular song.

Yeah, I even had like 7 emails with him already translated before, telling me its pretty much blanket. Just that I never posted it. Silly me!

Also, most Muzie links seem to be dead probably due to muzie's massive make over. Not just that, some artists don't seem to be listed on Muzie anymore and some don't even have the same home pages.

You need to an account to log in to download. Lawl. I could make one for FFR so everyone can download.
