EDIT: Scariest: Im also a Lucid Dreamer but the scariest dream was I was bouncing on a trampoline and I went like super fukin high and all of a sudden the trampoline dissapeared and Im falling into a forest Im just about to get impaled by a tree and I woke up. Most Effed Up: I was riding on a bike with my cousin and there was an airplane chasing us, our bikes started to fly and we were making faces at people inside the aircraft. Funniest: hmm, prolly the dream when my family won the lottery twice in one day. Cause I woke up screaming "Holy **** WE JUST WON THE LOTTERY AMGZ" I also remembered the lotto numbers and told my mom to buy a ticket with em :P

Scariest dream I had was where I had pushes my brother and he fell. As he fell though every body part exploded with blood gushing everywhere and the entire time he was screaming in agony.
Longest, Scariest dream of my life

Another scary dream that I had just a week ago was when I witnessed my dad slashing his neck with some type of knife right in front of my eyes and dying. I woke up and started crying. = (

Scariest:
Either my sleep paralysis episodes as a kid, if those count, which involved being glued to my bed, convinced I was awake but still dreaming, everything was like pencil drawings, drawn in the style of the Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark drawings. At my door, this... THING was slowly opening it. It had eyes that had been cut on all sides to make it stare a lot bigger, the skin around it's mouth was gone and cut out, so it was permanently giving this grotesque smile. It's hair was lacking, maybe 60 hairs total on it's head, greasy with blood all stuck to it's thin scalp. It was wearing a very dusty suit that was ripped in a lot of places. This figure would slowly approach me, with it's staring eyes and gigantic mouth. I could even smell it as it got closer, and I tried to scream for my life or move but I could do none of those things. I literally cramped a muscle in my chest because I was trying to scream so hard but couldn't, I thought I was actually going to die. It got all the way up into my face, I could feel cold air coming from it's face. Then after it stared at me up close for like a minute it would end and I'd be able to scream for real. ^This happened MANY times during my childhood, I hadn't even read the Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark books back then really. I won't say my weirdest because it's too weird.

Scary: Some slender thing that ripped its stomach open revealing a clock with a date on it. That date, it told me, was when I was supposed to die. And that date was in a week from the dream, and I was to be home alone because my parents were going away on a trip to DC for a wedding. That day came, I spent it in my room with the door locked. Nothing happened, but I was still pretty freaked out. That whole day was agonizing.
A not so scary dream: I'm in the 2d world of a gameboy color version of pokemon. The floor falls and reveals a mechanical world inside of it. I'm falling and everything is flashing in the dark. This dream has happened multiple times as a child. Every time I have woken up feeling useless and depressed every time. It has occurred recently, a few months ago actually. I still felt that horrible feeling when being woken up. If I were to have it again, I'd without a doubt wake up being "emo". Weird: I had a dream I was naked in Shibuya in front of thousands of pedestrians. But my dick was a snapple bottle. Funniest: I got drunk and passed out. I don't remember the dream, but I woke up giggling til' I puked. I wish I knew what happened in that dream.

Let's see the wierdest dream I had was I was following some friends into the forest for reasons unknown and they all of sudden started to attack me and stuff. After beating me ithey drenched me in gasoline and set me on fire. But the weird thing I was watching it happen from up above like I was floating in mid air. I remember being really pissed when I woke up lol

I took this from a note I had on Facebook a while back-maybe 2 or 3 months. This is by far the craziest dreams I've ever had.
"So, I don't ever remember my dreams. Maybe once every couple months I'll remember bits and pieces of one and they're usually really dumb. Last night I dreamed an epic ass dream. I'm writing this a few hours after waking up, so whatever you read is probably only about 20% of what happened. Anyways, enjoy? It was overcast outside, and I was driving down a road that looked like it was in the mountains. The street was packed with cars since everyone else was also trying to get to higher ground. All the sudden I was teleported to another dimension. I was standing in the middle of an abandoned airport runway. It was just me and and an alien being, who looked like a very tall, very skinny man with large eyes. He told me using telepathy everything I needed to know. Most of it I forgot, but I remember the big picture. He told me that the world was ending today, and that their race was here to save me. I was told that he would be there when I needed him to save me. He also told me that dinosaurs still inhabited remote areas of our planet and they were the key to everything. There was a shitload more that he told me but I don't remember, mostly names of everything, and how it was all going to work. I was then teleported back to my dimension, still sitting in my car on the mountain road. All the sudden the Earth started shaking and cars started flipping over and falling down the slope to the side of the road. I wasn't scared though, because I knew whatever happened I would still survive, so I just sat there. Right before something deadly would have happened to me (I don't remember what it was), the alien appeared next to me. He put it hand on me and we both teleported back to the abandoned airport. This time it looked different though. There was a giant ship about 400 feet in front of me where various dinosaurs were being herded into a cargo department. Around the ship were a ton of aliens, all walking around doing something. I don't really remember what happened next, I think I walked into the ship. But then it gets better. I woke up on the couch I was sleeping on at my mom's house. It was a dream inside of a dream (inception lolz). It was December 22, 2012. My mom walked into the room and I remember her telling me the world didn't end. I told her everything that the alien had told me in my dream and that it was very vivid and creepy. I almost went into a lucid state while I was explaining it all to her. I remember thinking from a third person's perspective that this is way too specific to just be a dream, and that this must be how some people come up with crazy conspiracy theories. When I was done explaining it to her, she brushed it off and went into her room. I looked out the window and saw a ship in the sky. It looked like a blimp with wings. I went out to the back porch to get a better look at it, and when I was able to see the whole sky, I saw that there were hundreds more, some miles high and some less than a few hundred yards in the sky. I wasn't scared though, still. Even though everything I was told was in a dream, it was so real that I felt it was the truth. I stood on the deck and watched the ship slowly move around the air. Everyone was screaming and yelling and crying on the street, but I just stood there. All the sudden I was standing in a dark room which I felt was inside one of the ships. The room lit up a little and I barely made out another alien. This one looked different though. It was short and stubby and it's head pointed out on either side. It turned around and stared at me with the most menacing eyes I had ever seen. He began to walk towards me and as he got closer I began to panic... And that's when I woke up! Ever wake up from a dream where someone you love dies, or something horrible happens and you feel this huge sigh of relief? Yeah, I had a pretty large one when I woke up. That sentence was dirty sounding. Pretty epic dream"

I generally dislike dreaming - it serves nothing except to make me tired even before I get out of bed. If I had a choice, I wouldn't dream. Or, more accurately, I would wish not to remember my dreams after waking up so that I can start every morning with a blank slate.
I've had tons of weird dreams, several of which I still remember. But they're so odd and embarrassing sometimes that I don't really feel comfortable enough posting them.

Scariest and most ****ed-up dream: This was an inception-related dream that I had. But instead of the same thing happening more than once, after one dream, it went to a whole new dream O.o First dream involved my friends and I going to watch *The* Final Destination and once it got to the part of the mall blowing up...the mall blew up. After I *woke up* from that dream, I was in my room, headed onto the comp to check out my messages where all of a sudden gunshots were fired but the strange thing was that nobody was outside and I was alone. I touched my head and felt a hole and once I looked at my fingers, it was drenched in blood and collapsed. The next dream had to do with Alice in Wonderland so that's self-explanatory if anyone watched that, though thankfully I didn't *die* in that dream. The last dream that I had in my inception-related dream was actually awkward. I forgot how it happened but all I know is that I nearly shat bricks once I actually woke up from it.
Best and funniest: Can't recall any funny dreams with the exception that Soviet Russia took over the world. Also, I had a dream that one time they made a law banning teen bop music. If only that would happen here so that we won't have to hear any more Beiber-clone songs -_-... |

Oh, have you guys ever had a dream where someone shoots at you?
One time I had a dream that someone came into my house with a gun, and when he actually lifted his pistol up and fired, I woke up, heart pounding, drenched in sweat. It was the strangest feeling because my mind had tricked my body into an actual physiological response -- adrenaline was flowing and I was scared but hyperaware. Strangest feeling ever, lol. |

Also, am I the only one who's not able to move easily in my dreams, I do occasionally have dreams where I'm able to move comfortably, but most of the times, it's as if I'm being pulled back by something or taking each step takes tremendous amount of effort.

Having something impeding your motion in your dream is a very common occurrence. I've had numerous experiences like that myself. If you've ever taken psychology and studied dreams, you would know. :P But I also love that feeling of lightness and fluidity of motion in dreams. I've experienced mainly three types: 1) Jumping ridiculously long distances and high elevations with ease 2) Flying 3) Swimming in the air (don't laugh at me) I'd love to know if anyone has experienced the third one. The first two are probably pretty common, but the third...? And it's not just one dream, it's several for all three categories.

I have had some dreams where I can feel everything, happening but they only happen as soon as I fall asleep. I once had one where I was on a rollercoaster and I could feel the dips and drops and that weird feeling in your stomach when you drop. It was the most amazing dream ever. I could also feel the wind on my face.

lmfao, I had the continuation to my X-Men dream last night.
Magneto came outta nowhere and deflected the missiles, hitting Sentinel and he finally dies. Seeing as how Magneto hates humanity I asked why he saved me and he said "Because you are in fact a mutant". He took me back to the HQ where I saw Storm and Wolverine, they showed me what my powers were and it was that I had hidden super strength. It turns out that I was a mutant, and then the dream ended lol |

One of the scariest dreams I had (and I believe I was quite young) was this lucid dream I had where I was playing in my front yard. A bunch of wolves come out of the bushes and start eating me alive, I felt everything. Now I'm like petrified of wolves/coyotes *shiver*
Any kind of dream where you're being chased and your legs give out, those are also the worst kinds for me. |
