A lot of the accounts listed are fairly blank, and have a pretty low amount of games played and songs fc'd/aaa'd.

Rank 1 on songs that it doesn't even seem as if he's completed. Not sure if that's considered hacked or not, it's at least weird though.

It was mainly the second two that I thought was weird. I recognized the name but just thought that rank 1 with unfinished scores was odd.

These are unrecorded scores that were added manually. There's a few people with scores like that.

Like now for instance; anyone who has used the unrecorded scores form will have a full average combo PA, but will also have whatever their score was when they submitted.

His RATO score was removed, but he admitted to 2 person 4-handing that score on my profile chat. I deleted those though. His score still shows in his level ranks.
