This is really easy to do once you get it going. I've been soda free for a year now(with the exception of alcoholic mixed drinks heh)

Obstaining from alcohol after new years till my birthday.
Marissa starts full-time kinder, so getting back into the workforce.
Studying via correspondence to get my ass into gear for a uni course in 2012.

To those that will say they are pointless, pffft. Making a goal and trying hurts no-one.

I'm going to bench press and curl, all day, everyday in January.

Get a job so i can buy some tap out gear.

Grow a goatee.

Look for a cage fighting gym.

My resolutions:
Finish my AA by Summer 2012 (Assuming I take classes Summer 2011)
Get my BS degrees by Fall 2013 (Assuming I take classes in Summer 2013)
Sleep earlier.
Stop spending so much money eating out.
Exercise more. Go out jogging.

so glad i don't have a problem with food i guess i put that down to being raised underfed it kept me sharp like an eagle searching for prey ready to kill its next plumper meal my top weight ever was like 85kg survival favours the slim its a european thing you need to adopt

Continue to consistently work out which I have been doing all year, but with the holidays I haven't been as consistent as I usually am. I have to improve my mile time. I need to find a job, and help my parents start paying off my student loans. I need to get into grad school.

Guys, let's try being a little less cynical shall we?

Mine is to make sure I do my stretches every single day and to train at least 6 days a week in gymnastics. Need to step up my game if I want to go elite

soda-free would be nice, but I think I'll make it easier for me by making it a reduced intake.
