The arms are really strange looking and look extremely fragile in comparison to the rest of her body. Also, you can't quite tell what she's doing with her hands - is she stroking her hair?

The shading is very inconsistant throughout - for example, the shading on her one leg shouldn't be fragmented the way it is, and the skirt's shadows are pretty flawed. I also wouldn't have used the same shading on the hair as I would have on everything else, it makes it seem less natural.
