I only see one 32nd - just that first arrow in the first box...could be a 24th, but I'm thinking it's a 32nd.

Might have been 24ths, but it's definitely not 16ths. There are a few of those bursts throughout the song.
The 2nd box in red is 16ths. |

I dunno about everyone else, but I like the result of these color glitches. I see no problem.
It's a creative effect to me. Regardless of what caused it, or whether it was intentional or not.

You know, I always found it odd the for every 4 beats, Delirium would shift the main beats from red to blue notes for no reason at all.
