Seriously, I started playing through Wild ARMs 3 again today, and I must say, I still can't see why people didn't like it.

Underrated = Jet Set Radio Future, and Touhou .

Actually, Touhou may be overrated with its newer games (especially MoF and possibly SA, but we'll see tomorrow ), but the old ones from EoSD - PoFV definitely isn't. Not many people in the Western community knows about it.

Overrated: Guitar Hero, Rock Band, WoW., Mario Parties 3-8

Underrated: Frequency, Amplitude, Super Monkey Ball 2

The people who created Guitar Hero and Rock Band created Frequency and Amplitude. They said themselves they thought Guitar Hero and Rock Band wouldn't sell and that Frequency and Amplitude would. I fullheartedly agree. Guitar Hero is poorly made. Frequency and Amplitude are more abstract rhythm games. The only reason those games didn't sell is because they were too abstract. It takes like 10 minutes to learn how to play and then it's awesome. I guess most people are just too impatient to take the time. The very last song in the game is my favorite.

Ok, most of the Super Monkey Ball games are crappy but the second one was pretty good. Once you get passed the baby theme and start playing the real game, you find out there are some challenging mazes that are clearly meant for hardcore gamers. Just try and get to Master Extra stage. The last level is awesome.

If kids are jumping off buildings because they think they can fly like creatures in the the mass multiplayer game WoW than I think it's safe to say it's overrated. For some people WoW is literally their life. Need I say more?

Mario Party was a pretty good idea, and the first one was pretty good (excluding rotating the joy stick I actually got blisters from that and the Crane Game) but after the second one it was morphed into a little kid game. If you have all the Mario Parties you bought 6 copies of the same game.

I agree. Another underated game space channel 5, 17 times better then rock band.

Underrated: Portal

Fix'd my post. Seriouslym it's not that great. The charts are retarded and hard, and the timing window is too loose.

Come on. Jet Set Radio was a great game. Great music + awesome grinding skillz + vandalizing Japan with graffiti = awesome game.
