compare scores

i just had a brainblast. ok, so they're should be a system where every time you finish a song, you can click a button that brings up a list of users with a search bar, and you can compare your scores with other players. could even be a friend list also.

what do you think?

this would have the potential to be a really cool feature... and i've thought about stuff like it... definitely something for the future. but it would likely be server intensive for now.

I like it but I think it should be more of a site function, like levelranks.

"Compare scores with ___________"
And then it would bring up an entire levelrank list showing who has a better score on each song (and preferably what that score is). Songs that both people have AAA'ed might just be omitted from the list.

I was thinking it'd be really cool to have a feature where you could compare your levelrank to someone else's, see how many songs you're beating them on and vice versa, and by how many ranks etc

yeah, that's basically what i'm aiming for.

and i understand the server problem, it would have to be updated way too much. maybe you can have it on the site, not the game. like on the sidebar where levelrank and stuff is.

Don't get cocky just because staff sided with you. The point of a suggestion is to have it discussed as a "possibility" for an addition on FFR.

I merely sided with nay. As you can see from Finger Puppet's point of view, there are valid points on objecting against this feature.

if your calling my comment cocky, then I'm calling your comment judgmental. what made you think I'm so inspired with my idea, and thinking the staff have sided with me? I'm just saying i would just like positive feedback, when your first post was completely shutting down the idea by saying "AAA is the only score you will ever need to compare yourself with". ever heard of newbies and people who aren't as good as someone who has a average rank of 13.

EDIT: also, who cares if my avatar is too large, it's ****ing hilarious.
