It's hard to explain, you just strain the mussel in your forearm, sorta like when you make a really tight fist, and your hand shakes, expect without making a fist =P It's hard to do for long periods of time though.

Vibrating is exactly what he explained.. Best way to train yourself for this.. Fap as fast as you can without slowing down for a long period of time..

I'd recommend 100 bar blackout if you're wanting to introduce yourself to 2 framers, 3 framers and 4 framer jacks.

If you want alittle more, try practising on chains, AM-3P, Aztec Templing, Be Princess, Pants all have chains if you want to work on those (some are faster than others here).

Thanks, but my problem is really with long jacks, many of the same note. I can do 2 framers, 3 framers and etc fine.

Practice, practice practice! The ONLY way to learn it, this is one of those things you'll come across that there's no shortcut for.

(this should be done in SM - FFR doesn't have song speed)
A good way to train is to find a song which has long jacks (there is a 15-diff challenge of sandstorm around ideal for this), then start playing it once every time you finish 2/3/4 other songs or took a small break, start off at a comfortable pace, one that you can hold on to for minutes without tiring yourself all too much. Get your hands warmed up, then increase the speed mod a little, don't jump to full throttle yet, but make it harder. After you finish, again, increase speed mods, nothing crazy though, but at least something you can't hold on to for more than one or 2 minutes.
As soon as you start losing a great deal of accuracy (slipping, letting alot through, not keeping up in general), play just those 10 seconds after you would normally quit, then exit.
Rest your hands untill you are back to normal, and repeat.
I myself have been doing this for the last week (multiple times a day) and it does work, but progress is slow, the key is to not give up, and go to the edge.

i can deal with those long jacks on DP, but can't do anything else without mashing. And it really hurts my fingers and hands. BTW, that picture dictionary jacks. On what speed mod were made those pics?
