I can only suggest practise on jack songs. Nothing serious like Club or AIM because that's a bit tough for you I think.
I'd recommend 100 bar blackout if you're wanting to introduce yourself to 2 framers, 3 framers and 4 framer jacks. If you want alittle more, try practising on chains, AM-3P, Aztec Templing, Be Princess, Pants all have chains if you want to work on those (some are faster than others here).
