The new update.

ok ever since the new update , well since the ffr loading screen has went to 1448 or whatever the number is in the 1400's i have noticed that every ten seconds the arrows will lag. i havnt changed my flash player. ffr has always worked fine on this computer is anyone else having this problem.
dont reply if your not having the problem i dont care about you and your computer.

Your computer is experiencing lag, it isn't FFR.

It seems like the new version update has really screwed a lot of people.

I myself am not noticing any lag spikes, but many users are. So, you're not alone, and you'll have to leave it to the administration to resolve the issues. They know about this, I am fairly sure, and they are hopefully working towards a compromise for the FFR engine's size and functionality.

Until another update is released, you may have to just play SM. Don't torture yourself with a laggy FFR - it will only infuriate you.

FFR has always lagged me, no matter what computer I play on.

I think there is something wrong with ffr's server to some degree

No, get on a computer with a decent processer, video card, and amount of RAM and you wont be dumb.

FFR does not lag from the server.

Yeah, it's just some computers aren't able to handle the new version.

Sometimes it's really hard to say what exactly it is, because I run a really dumpy computer:

-1.7 GHz processor
-1 GB RAM
-****ty, run-of-the-mill, Intel graphics card

I have XP, so that's probably what saves my balls here, but I bet people experiencing lag are running better computers than me, and I get no lag. Just sayin'.

And HP's have a hard time supporting the OS placed on them.
I suggest you throw your HP at someone working in Best Buy and steal a Dell.

My computer sucks, and it only couldn't handle the new FFR updates for a day, it seems to not lag now.

I'm not sure the problem is with the update itself. I think this version/size has been out for a little while. I didn't notice any major problems with it when I noticed the size went up, but today it has seemed like there were a few more lags or unexplained pauses in the game now and then. There is a competition going on right now, so it's possible that lots of people hitting the site and using the server are causing minor problems now and then. Perhaps after the competition is over, things will get better.

What was the new update? I haven't found a thread saying what changed (Note: I didn't look very far)
And i am getting little lag spikes every few seconds since this "update" thing.

I have lag with A Intel Duo Core 2.66Ghz, 3GB Ram, Nvidia 8600Gt... with no other processes running in the background, all other flash games work fine too xD
