Well they didn't say anything about it coming to Japan on the same date. So I'm sure Japan will get it on the PS3 first since... everyone knows the 360 fails over there.
This wasn't a move done by Sony. I think it was a move started by Microsoft by flashing Money in Square-Enix's eyes. Just like Devil May Cry, Ace Combat, Star Ocean, Rock Band 2.
