Wouldn't be applicable for most songs, particularly ones from RB1.
I'd almost rather say they should add a turntable that'd play like Spin It Up that produces a chart on the fly based on the final mix of the music. Or have certain songs marked as supporting it and have special charts made for them (such as, oh, I dunno, that older Linkin Park song rumored to be included in the main list). But even that wouldn't work well. I'd say they have their bases covered pretty well with guitar (plus bass guitar), drums, and vocals. I wouldn't mind seeing a full keyboard simulator game on it's own, with support on the side (for certain songs) for future RB systems, but as a standard insert to the RB band setup, I'd say it wouldn't ever really work, nor would anything else really. You might as well be arguing for horns or something. ACTUALLY LET'S GET SOME ****ING HORNS IN HERE THAT WOULD BE SO KEWL Quote:
I would say that what most people want is first party products of higher quality, not mods, not third party. ps thought you might want to see this: http://kotaku.com/397936/rumor-dueli...d-2-tracklists Quote:
I think a better way to handle this, at least from a business perspective and while maintaining the "you can play RB1 songs on RB2" thing, would be to install the songs onto the harddrive right from the getgo. It'd burn harddrive space, I'll admit, but it opens the door to not need special contracts for the songs as DLC when they've already been established in another medium.
