Ok...since you said correct you if you did something odd, I'm not going to use the word wrong because everyones tournament is different and unique and I am just merely going to give suggestions, whether you take them or ignore them is entirely up to you, I just want to help out where I can

First, having a good amount of information is always key, talk about the tournament a little bit, what we have to do, the scoring system, how we get eliminated, how long sign ups will last, how long each division will last, who donated and how much, who's in what division. I know you have quite a few of these things, but I always found it imperative when I made mine to have as much information as possible to let people know exactly what they are getting into.

Second, its not a good idea to post the round song before the actual round begins...the element of surprise and suspense is what can bring more people to a tournament. You want to advertise, but keep the good stuff under wraps until its time to reveal it to the public.
