Actually, you really don't need to know anymore... Now, they just scan your blood type on the spot if that kind of thing is necessary.

HH blood falls outside the category of the ABO system because it results from what is called the Bombay phenotype, which essentially removes the expression of H antigens (and therefore those of A and B classification).
