If you want to know exactly how I AAA'd AIM:
Steps
1-190: index
191-420ish: one handed two finger
421-600-ish "The jumpjack": index
The rest: index

It'll give you an idea on how I did it, but basically, I did it 3-fingered

I have problems with index. I can't AAA Free Space index without doing it like 7 times. =/

Related comparison: I can do LRO with 8 fingers, but I can't do it index either (which is what most people do in this game). Therefore, I'm limited to 7 key games, because I can't do 14 key games without 14 fingers.
