This autoplay program does not show up on the task bar but does in the task manager. haku said he knows a way to hide it in the task manager also, so thats what rubix must have done.

It's the way it's coded. When av-misses still existed, you couldn't get all perfects in some songs, and since an AAA was defined as the max possible score, this compensated for the songs which you had to get goods in, like Nova Pulser, Gradeus, etc. Of course now it's useless since the fix was made.
