The thing about my school is that it's security is controlled by our city (Catholic) school board. What I have noticed though is that most proxies ending with .info are more proned to work that .com or .org, for example.
The 2 that I've been using lately are: http://www.he.isweird.info http://www.hiddenvault.info Until those get blocked for me, I won't be submitting more.
