What's funny is that we did this in Cal II, Cal III, and Cal IV, only we derived the formulas in different coordinate systems, using differentials, etc.

Don't know about you, but I used integrals, man.

Double and triple integrals in rectangular, polar, and spherical coordinates.

I generally avoided the triple integrals though, because they're pretty tedious, and if you know what you're doing, you can just write them as a double in polar. I found that to be much easier.

Computer Programming and Web Design - Learning the basics of photoshop because I just got done with HTML
American Literature and Composition - Learning about a play called "Our Town"
Governemnt - Nothing because this teacher is idiot

I never ever take my time doing my homework because I never had any! But when I study I would take maybe 30 minutes to a hour before the test so I can remember because I forget things easily...

I'm taking a relatively interesting Western Literature class. It's mostly a philosophy class, even though my professor insists that it isn't. We are exploring when people started to refer to themselves as individuals through all the well known writings from Descartes, Locke, Pope, etc etc. This is my third philosophy class in two years, and this is the first time I am actually interested.

P1/Health - 2-page report (front and back of both pages) on the male and female reproductive system! (You'd think that they'd quit teaching you this in the 8th grade)

P2/Spanish - Study for tomorrow's test on Chapter 4 material (probably not going to do thiat, I've got CH4 down good enough)

P3/Art - Finish latework on Design packets 3-6 (probably not doing this either)

P4/Computahs - Nothing!

P5/Reading - Read "Night" by Eliezer Wiesel

So, yeah, I don't have it quite so bad as some people...

I feel young . Here in my middle school, we have challenge classes, which is what all my classes are. We have an "Academic Stretch" program that just has a wide variety of projects to get us "thinking". One of my teachers said the class was supposed to effect the "real world", so a 2 hour community service project is required every quarter. In orchestra we have the All-Suburban and Honors orchestras. All-suburban is more exclusive because it is city-wide. I was in it last year, but only because I was nominated to go to it. This year, I had to audition, but I didn't because the audition material is REALLY hard. Plus we had to find a solo that would impress the judges, but that is hard.

My school has a unique class called Materials Processing. You basically just learn about wood, make projects with wood (you get to use power tools!) and mess around. It advances to something like metal working in high school. It involves making projects with metal and welding.

Spanish 3- ummm nosotros estamos aprendiendo el imperfecto de subjunctivo y cuando se la usa! (we're learning the subjunctive imperfect and when to use it)

Honors Physics- we JUST got done learning about Kinetic Energy and Potetial Engery and how to find them out. like PE=MGH and KE=1/2mv(squared)

Choir- WE SING!!!!!! LALALALALALA!!!!!! lol. we're currently singing Keep your Lamps, Moon River (<3), Je le Vous Dirai, and Great Day.

Band- WE PLAY INSTURMENTS!!!! *GETS OUT TROMBONE* we're currently playing Pageant, Balladair, and Mannhatan Beach! (i LOVE mannhatan Beach)XD( HUGE BAND GEEK)

Honors Algebra2- hmmm its hard to say(i don't have any algebraic symbols on theis PC and idk how to put them on here) but we're learning the value of i its very easy...we just started learning about it! i squared is equal to -1 and basically it just TOTALLY explains that a negative number under a square root sign IS posible! i honestly think its retarded that we're learning about a number that ISN'T REAL i mean WHO EVER HEARD OF NEGATIVE NUMBER UNDER A SQUARE ROOT? i mean a number squared is ALWAYS gonna be a POSITIVE number! SO WHAT'S THE POINT IN LEARNING ABOUT A VARIABLE THAT EXPLAINS THAT THE PROBLEM IS FALSE? that makes no sense to me......but we're learning it anywayz!

LUNCH
- the awsomest part of the day. we're learning how to eat. not only that...but we're also learning how to eat FRENCH FRIES!!!!!!!! O.O (so hard) XD

Computer Lit2- ummmmm computers? idk...i barely pay attention in that class....i mean...we're working on a project. we're sopposed to make a Newspaper for the PTA that isn't real. it is just a project.

Honors English- OK this class is VERY AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!! i mean i've liked english...but my teach is SOOOOO frekin retarded....but the stuff that we're doing in there right now is totaly FUN and easy!!!!!!!! we're writing a research paper. its a HUGE long and drawn out process that takes frekin 2 MONTHS to finish. the final draft itslf aint due until like LATE March. but i LOVE my topic. my topic is Transcendentalism in Literature. we've spent like a MONTH learning about this topic too!! i LOVE it! i think that Emerson is so very awsome and Thoureau is a VERY good Transcendental writer also!

AFTER SCHOOL
- i LOVE this part of the day! the time of the day where i actually HANG OUT with my frends!!! YAY! we're learning how to make up nick names, finding a GOOD Theater to go to and finding a party that DOESN'T suk monkey booty!!!!!!! (now THIS subject is the HARDEST of ALL subjects...........the subject of FRIENDS!!!)
