do you know how mean and ignorant you are being by saying that gnr? And in 3rd style, will it be a remake of R1, as in contains every song and skill token just the same as R1? Or completely new songs and skill tokens and new everything?
I would like if it had every song from R1 just made better and removed framers, etc. And all the skill tokens would transfer over, but then all future skill tokens would be in ONLY 3rd style, and all new songs go directly to 3rd style, etc. And 1-framers still exist in stepmania, for the hell of it, I made a 180 BPM 64th jack to see what would happen an it was a good, and at 200 BPM it was a miss |

Quick question:
After the batch notes are revealed, are we allowed to fix up the files judged in that batch and resend it for the last mini batch (Jan.1-11) or is submission completely barred? |

i think it'll depend. if it's like, 1 or 2 notes, we'll let you fix. otherwise, no.

So, when is the mini-batch going to be done? And are the files randomly distributed among the three judges? Or do you select who gets what so I'd know who's judging my files, as you know I'm pretty new to this...

Both Jx and Rebirth judge your files. If they both give it a +, then Tass plays it and judges it.
If he +'s it, then it goes in-queue. |

You really have no idea how the SM scoring system works then. That just means you hit it wrong.

Actually, autoplay does sometimes miss in stepmania, if there's a huge wall of arrows in a short period of time. Its happened when I was looking at sims before
Still, 180 bpm 64ths. A sim with jacks that fast will never be accepted so we never need to worry about that |

ASS BURGERS ASS BURGERS ASS BURGERS also if all of my current ffr files get accepted and put in-game then I'll have pretty good good/bad file ratio. actually, none of my files really suck except bicycle break which is just a different approach edit: if anyone here says crazy hair day sucks it's because you have a short attention span. there I said it Last edited by stargroup; 01-23-2008 at 10:15 PM.. |

Crazy Hair Day was a great file until the second time I had to play it. Which was the second half of the file.
Yeah, musically the chart makes sense, but the music should've been more to the point.

Wikipedia:
The lack of demonstrated empathy is possibly the most dysfunctional aspect of Asperger syndrome.[2] Individuals with AS experience difficulties in basic elements of social interaction, which may include a failure to develop friendships or enjoy spontaneous interests or achievements with others, a lack of social or emotional reciprocity, and impaired nonverbal behaviors such as eye contact, facial expression, posture, and gesture.[1] Unlike those with autism, people with AS are not usually withdrawn around others; they approach others, even if awkwardly, for example by engaging in a one-sided, long-winded speech about a favorite topic while being oblivious to the listener's feelings or reactions, such as signs of boredom or haste to leave.[3] This social awkwardness has been called "active, but odd".[1] This failure to react appropriately to social interaction may appear as disregard for other people's feelings, and may come across as insensitive. The cognitive ability of children with AS often lets them articulate social norms in a laboratory context,[1] where they may be able to show a theoretical understanding of other people’s emotions; however, they typically have difficulty acting on this knowledge in fluid, real-life situations.[3] People with AS may analyze and distill their observation of social interaction into rigid behavioral guidelines and apply these rules in awkward ways—such as forced eye contact—resulting in demeanor that appears rigid or socially naive. Childhood desires for companionship can be numbed through a history of failed social encounters.[1] |
